People in this specialty lead the proposal management process in response to both Pre-Sales Stage 1-4 (SS1-SS4) and Proposals (RFPs) on large Strategic deals (clip levels apply depending on the market).
The ability to meet deadlines, a commitment to teamwork, and detailed follow-through required. Project management experience preferred. This role specialty may lead IBM Design Thinking sessions, working closely with our stakeholders (deal teams) to assist in the creation of strategic messaging and the development of winning proposal strategies. IBM Design Thinking Coach Badge preferred. Responsible for RFP analysis, managing proposal processes overall, and providing direction and assistance to deal squad members and deal contributors from other IBM functions. Also, responsible to prepare the deal teams to present to the client, so orals coaching experience preferred.
