Content Writers use Design Thinking and Agile methodologies in the development of effective client-centric messaging.

Content writing involves using creative skills to develop client-centric win themes, write high quality executive summaries, and help craft an outstanding visual package across various social and multi-media. The Content Writer will promote consistency of all client deliverables by assisting with written content and editing final content, as well as providing strategic editorial feedback on proposal content. Skilled individuals in this role use current market and competitive intelligence research tools to enable the deal team to clearly communicate high impact messages. These specialists work in an Agile squad comprised of deal strategists, information designers, and proposal support professionals, and use advanced business skills to cooperate within the squad to craft value-driven, personalized messages that will resonate with clients. These specialists are expected to lead design thinking strategy planning sessions and advise sales teams on suitable deliverables for their opportunities. Stories will include persuasive messages focused on the client and use of IBM writing standards to ensure content aligns with the winning strategy, enhances winning differentiators, and articulates client needs.
